At UpCredit LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services related to U.S. credit education, business funding consulting, and credit repair. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding how our services are delivered and ensures compliance with applicable U.S. laws and industry standards.
a. Access to Services
Digital Products: Upon successful payment, clients will receive access to our digital content—including online courses, templates, or downloadable materials—typically within one (1) hour. Access instructions are sent via email.
Consulting & Coaching Services: For programs involving onboarding, calls, or direct consulting, clients will receive confirmation within 24 hours to schedule sessions or initiate onboarding.
b. Service Duration
Digital Access: Clients retain lifetime access to digital course content unless otherwise stated in their agreement.
Consulting Validity: Any unused consulting sessions or booked time must be completed within six (6) months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
a. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) – 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j
As a provider of credit repair-related services, UpCredit adheres to the following CROA requirements:
Written Contracts: All clients receive a signed agreement outlining services, fees, and estimated timelines.
Right to Cancel: Clients have a three (3) business day right to cancel their contract without penalty. A Notice of Cancellation form is provided with all agreements.
No Advance Fees: We do not collect payment for credit repair-related services until substantial performance has occurred.
No Misleading Claims: We avoid all false, misleading, or unverifiable claims regarding results or timelines.
b. Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) – 15 U.S.C. §§ 1691–1691f
In our funding-related services, we comply with ECOA by ensuring:
No Discrimination: We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, marital status, national origin, public assistance status, or any other protected category.
Clear Denial Reasons: If a client’s application or referral is denied, we provide a written explanation upon request.
c. Truth in Lending Act (TILA) – 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601–1667f
When any aspect of our service involves credit terms:
Clear Disclosures: All applicable credit terms, including APR, total cost, and repayment structure, will be disclosed before any commitment.
Right to Rescind: If applicable, clients have the legal right to rescind certain credit-based agreements within three (3) business days.
We reserve the right to update this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website and, when material, we will notify clients directly via email.
