UpCredit LLC is committed to transparency and full compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws governing credit repair, business funding consulting, and related services. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations and refunds in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j, and other relevant laws.
Your Right to Cancel
In compliance with CROA:
Three-Day Cancellation Period: You have the legal right to cancel your contract with us without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date you sign the agreement.
How to Cancel: To cancel, you must send a written Notice of Cancellation to:

Your cancellation notice must be emailed by midnight on the third business day following your contract signing to be valid under federal law.
Refund Policy
Full Refunds (Within 3 Days): If you cancel within the three-day window, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
No Refunds After Full Delivery: Once services have been fully rendered—and the three-day cancellation period has passed—no refunds will be issued.
Case-by-Case Exceptions: We understand that exceptional life circumstances may arise. Requests for refunds outside of this policy may be reviewed individually. Please email [email protected] with your full name and explanation.
Compliance with Federal Laws
No Advance Fees: As required by CROA, we do not collect payment for credit repair services until substantial work has been completed.
Written Agreements: All clients receive a detailed contract outlining services, payment terms, and cancellation rights.
No Misleading Claims: We do not make false or deceptive statements about potential results, timelines, or funding guarantees.
